Steve Baker MG T-Series

The new bodies! Very different, though the same to the untrained eye. I'll be basing my new QT around a thicker, higher quality 16 gauge / 2.5mm aluminium. This will mean that the body shell is a lot stronger and the car will feel more solid. I've also added several subtle modifications which will become apparent as the body is assembled onto the frame. 

I've invested in a 1/4" / 6mm fire wall and support brackets which will be highly polished. I'll make the petrol tanks from steel this time around, the weight saving is negligible and this will ensure that there are no vibration fractures (better safe than sorry).

I've also received the dashboard, for those who are curious I have these made from 1/4", 6mm, aluminium with an engine-turned finish.

I will be selling these bodies as kits from April 2010, so I'd be interested to hear any opinions / suggestions! I'll not be mass-producing, the quality is outstanding and I'll personally ensure they're all to my exacting standards.
